2Description of Service

AgentComet provides a registry and distribution platform for AI agents. We provide tools to publish, version, and distribute agent code and metadata.

3User Conduct

You are responsible for all content you publish to AgentComet. You agree not to publish agents that perform illegal activities, violate privacy, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

4Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the agents you publish. By publishing an agent as "Public", you grant other users the right to pull and use that agent according to the license you specify.

5Limitation of Liability

AgentComet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any agents downloaded from it.
